Arrive at your scheduled time with all necessary documentation and forms filled out and both fees.  

Take your Passport Photo at the Burbank City Clerk's Office that meets the U.S. Department of State guidelines for $15.

Pay by check or money order.   Also, City of Burbank fees include Execution fee ($35) and Photo fee ($15); CASH ONLY. Standards fees are set by the U.S. Department of State.
