We’ve received reports of individuals claiming to represent Burbank Water and Power while selling solar, water, or other services. Please note:

BWP will never send an unsolicited representative

BWP does not authorize any third-party vendors

If someone approaches your home claiming to be from BWP:

Do not share personal or financial information

Do not allow them into your residence

Call us directly at (818) 238-3700 to verify their claim
