Complete the Burbank Fire Department Strategic Plan Survey by November 15, 2024

The City of Burbank Fire Department is preparing their Strategic Plan for the next five years. The purpose of the Strategic Plan is to clearly define the mission and goals of the Burbank Fire Department while also developing a guide for continued excellence in serving the Burbank community.

By completing this survey, community members have the opportunity to provide their perspective on the level and quality of service from the Burbank Fire Department. 

The deadline to complete the survey is 5:00PM on Friday, November 15, 2024.
