Construction Notice for East Providencia and South Sixth Street

Please be advised of a construction project at East Providencia and South Sixth Street starting from the northwest corner of south Glenoaks Blvd and East Providencia Ave and finishing about 200 ft east of East Providencia Ave and South 6th Street intersection that will take place from April 14, 2025 to July 18, 2025 between the normal working hours of 8:30AM and 3:30PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and Weekends. Schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions.

WHO: RESMA Construction, LLC / Sewer & Pipeline Contractor, Inc. (License # 904635)
WHAT: Construction Work includes the installation of underground conduits in Burbank.
WHEN: The work will occur from April 14th, 2025 through July 18th, 2025. Normal working hours will be between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and Weekends.

• E Providencia Ave at Glenoaks Blvd: Working hours during school year 2024-2025 will be between the hours of 8:30am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and Weekends.
• E Providencia Ave at 6th St: Working hours during school year 2024-2025 will be between the hours of 8:30am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and Weekends.
• 6th St between Cedar Ave and Providencia Ave: Working hours during school year 2024-2025 will be between the hours of 8:30am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and Weekends.

WHERE: Construction will take place on the East side of E Providencia Ave and South side of S. 6th Street, starting from the NW corner of S Glenoaks Blvd and E Providencia Ave and finishing about 200 ft east of E Providencia Ave and S 6th Street intersection.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Sections of the sidewalk along E. Providencia Ave and S. 6th Street will be closed for construction. There will be pedestrian detours provided and flaggers to assist with pedestrian traffic. On-street parking and loading zones will be closed on the East side of E. Providencia Ave and sections of S. 6th Street. "No Parking Anytime" signs will be posted with the dates and times of the parking restrictions. During certain phases of construction, there will be a half road closure on E. Providencia and S. 6th Street; Detour will be provided to assist with vehicular traffic.
