Phase 3 Update
Well Development: Crews install well pumps and finish the top of the well to make it flush with the street. This work will take approximately two months. Key points:

• The drill rig is removed on Friday, September 1st and the work area takes on a smaller footprint.
• Well development work will be limited to the parking lane and sidewalk on the SE side of Lutge Ave.
• The week of 9/4 - two-way traffic will be restored on Lutge Ave between the alley and Victory Blvd.
• Sound panels and K-rails will be removed.
• Phase 3 pumping rig will be removed from the work area daily.
• No parking on the SE or NW side of Lutge Avenue between the alley and Victory Blvd, between 7AM and 5PM daily.
• Weekend parking will be allowed on Lutge Avenue.
