Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in Honor of President Jimmy Carter

The City of Burbank joins the nation in paying tribute to President Jimmy Carter for his lifetime of service and dedication. In honor of President Carter and in accordance with the Presidential Proclamation, the City of Burbank will lower flags to half-staff for 30 days following the former President’s passing on December 29, 2024.
