Notice of Traffic Signal Shut-Downs

Please be advised that the City of Burbank has contracted with International Line Builders (ILB) for the Glenoaks Blvd and First St Signal Improvement Project. During this phase of the project, ILB will be conducting electrical work and switching signal wiring at the intersections listed below beginning July 29, 2024 – August 7, 2024, between the hours of 8:30AM – 3:30PM.  During this phase of construction, the traffic signals at these intersections will be shut down, and the signal indications will be dark. Traffic will operate as an All-Way Stop at each intersection.

To ensure safety, the contractor will place STOP signs and other temporary traffic control measures at the affected intersections.

• Glenoaks Blvd & Winona Ave – 07/30
• Glenoaks Blvd & Bethany Rd – 07/31
• Glenoaks Blvd & Delaware Rd – 08/01
• Glenoaks Blvd & Fairmount Rd – 08/05
• Glenoaks Blvd & Grinnell Dr – 08/06
• Glenoaks Blvd & Harvard Rd – 08/07
