Scheduled Traffic Signal Shutdown at Glenoaks Blvd and Winona Ave at Irving Dr June 18

The City of Burbank has contracted with International Line Builders (ILB) to upgrade several traffic signals along Glenoaks Blvd, as part of the BS1454-Glenoaks Blvd and First St Signal Improvement Project. ILB will be conducting electrical work and switching signal wiring at the intersection of Glenoaks Blvd & Winona Ave/Irving Dr.

During the this phase of the construction, the intersection will be shut-down and the signal indications will be dark. Traffic will operate at the intersection as an All-Way Stop. The contractor will be placing STOP signs and other temporary traffic control at the intersection. The signal shut-down will occur on June 18th between the hours of 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
