Park Reservations & Permits
The Burbank Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of Parks, Facilities, and Picnic Area Reservations/Permits. If you are looking for a local venue to hold a special event, meeting, or family celebration, the Department offers a wide range of facilities to meet your needs.
Additionally, the Parks and Recreation Department offers two birthday party package options at the Verdugo Pool and the Nature Center through the Go! Party Burbank program.
Park Permits
Reservations can be made three (3) months in advance and no later than two (2) weeks or 10 business days in advance and from event date. Reservations can be made online at www.burbankparks.com

Tennis Court Reservations
Reservations are not available for public play. Instructors may obtain a park permit by contacting the Parks and Recreation Administrative Offices at (818) 238-5300.

Ball Field Reservations

A permit must be issued for any group of 25 or more persons and/or to hire outside services (BMC 3-3-801). Groups of less than 25 people with no hired services/ rentals may use any non-permitted picnic area on a first-come, first-served basis. Smaller groups may also apply for a reservation permit if desired.
Reservations will be taken no earlier than three (3) months in advance and no later than two (2) weeks in advance.

A permit must be issued for all Gym, Facility, and Community Room reservations. Permits are issued for a 2-hour period. Additional hours may be available.

All skaters must be registered or provide a signed waiver to Skate Park staff on the day of the event (forms provided by Administrative Staff - Contact (818) 238-5300.
*Permits are evaluated based on availability and on a case-by-case basis.
Reservations may be booked as early as three (3) months in advance but no later than two (2) business weeks prior to the event.
The Parks and Recreation Department does not issue park/facility reservation permits on City Observed Holidays**.
The following are examples changed as well:
- If the event date is Saturday, September 14, 2024, the earliest date you can make a reservation is Friday, June 14, 2024.
- If the event date is Saturday, September 14, 2024, the latest date you can make a reservation is Friday, August 30, 2024.
- If the event date is Sunday, September 15, 2024, the earliest date you can make a reservation is Friday, June 14, 2024.
- If the event date is Sunday, September 15, 2024, the latest date you can make a reservation is Friday, August 30, 2024.
All in-person reservations must be made by 4:30 p.m. in the Parks and Recreation Administrative Offices.
