Patrick Prescott, Community Development Director

Patrick Prescott is the Community Development Director. He oversees the Community Development Department that serves Burbank residents and businesses by managing the physical development of the city, preserving single family residential neighborhoods, maintaining the overall transit programs within the city boundaries, developing housing programs to benefit low and moderate income persons, addressing homelessness, collecting business taxes, and reviewing building and safety matters. The team is dedicated to working together for a safe, beautiful, and thriving community.  

Mr. Prescott has 22 years of experience in land use development and long-range planning. He started his career in Burbank in 2006 as a Senior Planner. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona.
