Reasonable Modification/Accommodations Requests

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, BurbankBus will make reasonable modifications and accommodations to policies, practices, and procedures to avoid discrimination, and to ensure accessibility to individuals with disabilities.

Individuals with disabilities may request that BurbankBus make a reasonable accommodation in order for that individual to fully use transit services. Reasonable Modification/Accommodation Requests may be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected].

Requests should be as specific as possible and include information on why the requested modification is needed in order to allow the individual to use BurbankBus services.

Requests for Public Information

The City agrees to make available information regarding its public transportation services in accessible/alternative formats upon request. Requests should be directed to Karen Pan, Transit Services Manager, via email at [email protected], or by calling (818) 238-5360.
