Report a Homeless Person in Need

The City of Burbank is committed to finding solutions to the ongoing social issues of homelessness that impact the quality of life for all.  Through the 311 mobile app, Burbank will assist people experiencing homelessness with outreach services and interventions. Issues concerning public health and safety as a result of encampments or encroachment on public right of way can also be reported using the 311 mobile app.
