Modifying a Protective Order

Protective orders can be modified to have peaceful contact, however, to modify a protective order, all parties need to be present in court. 

If you want to modify the level of your protective order, please contact the defense attorney on record. Defense will work with the court to address the protective order and consult our office.

The case will need to be added to a court calendar date and addressed by the judge.
