Public Records Portal
The Burbank City Clerk acts as a compliance officer for federal, state, and local statutes, including the Political Reform Act, the Ralph M. Brown Act, and the California Public Records Act.
The City of Burbank is committed to providing open and transparent access to public records created and maintained by the City, which includes timely access to requested records. Members of the public can access records such as City Council resolutions, ordinances, and minutes, in addition to building documents including permits, inspection records, and certificates of occupancies.
We use OnBase, special software which scans and stores City documents and offers easy access to those documents by City staff and the public.
