The Project includes demolition of all existing structures on the site and the new construction of a three-story residential structure containing a total of 39 units ranging from 699 to 1,132 square feet in size and a total of 57 parking spaces under a semi-subterranean parking level.

  • On June 14, 2024, the City of Burbank received a formal submittal for a streamlined ministerial review process application pursuant to Government Code Section 65913.4 to construct a three-story residential structure, containing a total of 39 units ranging from 699 to 1,132 square feet in size and a total of 57 parking spaces under a semi-subterranean parking level. Four (4) of the units will be restricted to Very Low-Income Residential Units. 
  • The Applicant resubmitted a new set of plans on November 6, 2024, in response to Staff's status letter. Staff is currently reviewing these updated plans to determine completeness and compliance with State and Local regulations.
