Business Parking Permits
Downtown Burbank public parking facilities are restricted to two-to-four-hour time limits between Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monthly and single-day parking permits to exceed time limits are available for certain Downtown parking lots and structures where spaces are signed, “Except by Permit.” Permits are valid for the month or date shown on the permit and may not be used for overnight parking (No Parking 3:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m.). Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee the permit holder a parking space.
Permits must be purchased in the Community Services Building located at 150 N. Third Street, Burbank, CA 91502.

Business Parking Permits on Permit-Only Residential Streets
Businesses must request permission to buy a permit to park on a residential permit-only street.
Once approved, one permit is $39.
Monday – Thursday:

Friday:
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Closed for Lunch:
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
