Mobility Element

The Mobility Element (PDF) is one of seven required components of the Burbank2035 General Plan (PDF) required by the State of California. The element identifies: mobility goals and policies, Transportation Management Districts (TDMs) within the City, street circulation networks, transit corridors, and other desired transportation improvements throughout Burbank.

"Burbank’s transportation network connects people to jobs, services, and recreation opportunities...Access to mobility should be equally available to all members of the community, whether you are taking the train or bus to work, running errands in your car, riding your bike to meet friends for lunch, or walking home from school.
