SPAY & NEUTER REBATE PROGRAM
Fix your dog or cat and get money back! $100 rebates for dogs and $50 rebates for cats available. Eligible to Burbank residents only.
- Applicants must be full-time residents of Burbank. Organizations are not eligible for rebates.
- Limited to 2 pets per household.
- All rebate-eligible spay/neuter procedures are required to be performed by a licensed veterinary practitioner.
- Rebate application forms must be post-marked or delivered within 60 calendar days of having the procedure performed.
- Funding for this program is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.
Applications and required documentation can be submitted electronically by email to [email protected], mailed by U.S. mail to: Burbank Animal Shelter Spay/Neuter Rebate Program, 1150 N Victory Pl, Burbank, CA 91502, or hand delivered during normal business hours to the Burbank Animal Shelter.

Open municipal shelter services available to Los Angeles City residents. Services provided include pet relinquishment, spay/neuter voucher program, adoptions and more.
Animal sheltering services are provided to residents of Pasadena and 11 other cities including the City of Glendale. Services include spay/neuter discounts, adoptions and pet surrender.
