Urban Forest Master Plan

Urban Forest Master Plan

The development of the Urban Forest Master Plan represents a pivotal step toward enhancing the City’s urban forest and ensuring its sustainable management for the future. The partnership with Davey Resource Group will leverage their expertise to inform data collection and analysis, while ongoing outreach will ensure that the voices and values of residents are integral to the planning process. The completion of the Urban Forest Master Plan will provide a strategic framework for expanding Burbank's tree canopy, enhancing environmental benefits, and promoting equitable access to the health and resilience that trees offer to all community members. This initiative not only reflects the City’s commitment to its green spaces but also reinforces the value of trees as vital community assets that enrich the quality of life for all Burbank residents.
