Our compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station, located at 810 N. Lake Street, is Burbank's first public access, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week fast-fill CNG station. It serves the City’s fleet of clean-burning CNG vehicles and is available for use by the general public and corporate fleet vehicles. The station provides competitively priced CNG for public and private vehicles. Located approximately 1 mile from the Burbank Airport, it provides a convenient fill-up location for airport shuttles and taxi cabs.
To ensure your fill-up is quick, there are four fueling nozzles. One nozzle is capable of filling the older 3,000 psi vehicles and all four nozzles can be used by newer vehicles with 3,600 psi systems. The fueling dispensers are capable of accepting various forms of payment, including Clean Energy’s proprietary fueling card as well as MasterCard and Visa. An exciting feature of the new station is the ability to receive vehicle refueling training right at the pump via the on-screen video training system.
City of Burbank residents and employees are eligible to apply for and receive a Clean Energy fuel card. This card enables them to purchase compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicles at a preferential reduced price.
To qualify for the preferential pricing, you will need to provide Clean Energy with a copy of a utility bill as proof of residency or proof of City of Burbank employment. To obtain more information or to apply for this program, please call (562) 493-2804 or email [email protected].
The City encourages all operators of CNG vehicles to come and use our high-capacity station. We welcome your business.
