A request for approval of a Planned Development, Development Review and Development Agreement to construct a new 7-story dual brand hotel consisting of approximately 262,338 square feet and a separate, detached four-story parking garage on a portion of the 11.76-acre site generally bounded by Thornton Avenue, Hollywood Way, and Avon Street in the City of Burbank, California. 

This proposal would not replace the existing development on the property, the existing hotel and convention center would remain.
Below is a list of scheduled meetings associated with the project:
 
  • January 13, 2025 - Overview and Public Comment on the Draft Enviromental Impact Report (Draft EIR). The City of Burbank Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on January 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM to receive public comments on the Draft EIR for the Project. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers, located at 275 East Olive Avenue, Second Floor.
